An exciting opportunity has arisen within NHS Ayrshire and Arran to join our friendly and dynamic Acute QI team. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a passion for QI to become a key part of our team. You will support delivery of both local and national quality improvement programmes and support our clinical teams to influence and drive their own improvements. The successful candidate should have strong QI knowledge and experience within a healthcare/NHS setting alongside well developed interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and engage staff at all levels to influence QI projects. You should also have the ability to deliver training on QI tools and techniques. This post is offered as a substantive post.
