This is a fixed term post for two years. The hours are worked Monday to Friday
This new post will oversee the development of Decision Support within NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde.
Working with national and local experts and leads this post holder will support the implementation of the national Right Decision Service plan at a local level, and work to develop the local decision support plan as part of the NHSGGC Digital Strategy.
Key to this post is the transition of local platforms of the Right Decision Service to new national ‘once-for-Scotland’ mega platform currently in testing.
This post holder will work with knowledge managers, eHealth clinical leads, service clinical leads as well as others within the wider eHealth team including (but not limited to) clinical system leads.
Educated to a degree level (preferably library and information management, although any demonstrably relevant higher-level qualification will be accepted) and with experience of working at this level. This post holder will have the skills and expertise to lead, with clear communication and time management skill as there will be an expectation of delivery at pace.
