An exciting opportunity has arisen for a suitably knowledgeable and experienced individual to support Perth and Kinross Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP). The post will provide project management and undertake research activities to support service development, delivery and change across the HSCP, focusing on service integration, Public Health/health improvement and long term conditions.

The successful post holder will require the ability to lead, plan and undertake needs assessments, service evaluations and other ad-hoc studies on behalf of the HSCP.  The post holder will have the ability to liaise with relevant stakeholders to promote an evidence-based approach to decisions and to determining targets and priorities. The ability to travel across Perth & Kinross is a requirement of the post.
