This is a part time post of 25 hours (Please note the salary is Pro Rata) for part time hours.

The shift pattern for this post is Monday - Friday 9 – 2pm

​​​​​​​The post holder will be part of the Administrative & Clerical Team within East Dunbartonshire HSCP, working directly with a multi-disciplinary/multi-agency team to support services.  This will be the Primary Care Mental Health Team service.  It is essential that the post holder has excellent communication skills with the ability to relate to a wide range of personalities.  The post holder will be required to communicate with all users of the service.

Essential

  • O Grade English or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Software including Microsoft Outlook.
  • Experience of working in an administrative background.
  • Good keyboard skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Good planning and organisation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and exercise initiative.
  • Flexibility.

Desirable

  • Experience of working within a NHS environment.
  • Understanding of the function of the professions with the multi-disciplinary team.
