We are excited to be recruiting to a new Falls Prevention Lead post for the Clacks and Stirling Health and Social Care Partnership. This new post is part of a Rapid Response service in Clacks and Stirling.
We welcome applications from Occupational Therapists or Physiotherapists who have experience in the following areas,
- Developing community falls work
- Service Improvement
- Collaboration and engagement with others
- Supporting self management within communities
We are looking for candidates who are dynamic, motivated and committed to improving services, supporting staff in evidence based practice and working collaboratively with others
The successful candidate will be HCPC registered and will be mobile across Forth Valley area.
The duties of this post require the successful candidate to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme. More information on this scheme can be found at www.disclosurescotland.co.uk
