This is a permanent post and the hours are negotiable.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Speech and Language Therapy Adult team in GG+C. The post holder will be an experienced and senior therapist within the speech and language therapy service, working with a Head and Neck cancer caseload.  They will provide specialist input to our MaxFacs and ENT wards at QEUH, attend combined clinics and input into the HNC outpatient pathway.  The successful candidate will also have specialist skills in tracheostomy and laryngectomy/surgical voice restoration.  

You may be asked to work in other areas of the service as required.  This post is full time although part time working can be considered. There is a requirement to participate in the established Unscheduled Care (weekend/public holiday) rota.

The Adult Acute Service is committed to offering all staff the opportunity to develop clinical skills with a varied caseload, and also offer appraisal, supervision and opportunities for Continuing Professional Development. It is essential you have a Degree in Speech and Language Therapy with current HCPC registration.
