A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Contracts and Supplier Manager to join an expanding team within the Digital and Information Department, NHS Fife.

Responsible for implementing, creating, monitoring, and maintaining service level agreements across NHS Fife for all the IT Services that are provided both now and in the future.

You will provide contracts expertise to a live portfolio of Digital and Information managed projects. For this, you will require a detailed understanding of all procurement procedures, including EU tendering, and proven experience of managing collaborative relationships.

You will take the lead and contribute significantly to the delivery of contract compliance and savings projects. 

The Contracts and Supplier Manager is responsible for implementing and monitoring internal service levels and for monitoring and evaluating performance of external service provision against agreed contracts. You will be expected to work largely under their own initiative giving guidance and support to colleagues and customers alike.

The Contracts and Supplier Manager will be the focal point for any service level agreements with NHS Fife customers and for contracts with external suppliers.

Demonstrate strong initiative and drive and be able to manage the delivery of complex service levels through to a beneficial conclusion for the customers within the constraints of time and money.

Ensuring service levels are implemented throughout NHS Fife for all services provided by the Digital and Information Department. Also working with and monitoring OLAs and UCs, especially 3rd party service providers to ensure that they are working to their agreed contract and that NHS Fife is getting value for money.

Implementing and maintaining a service catalogue of all services provided by the Digital and Information Directorate ensuring that this is kept up-to-date and current at all times.

Ability to communicate on multiple levels with customers, Digital and Information management and teams is required.

You will be expected to make decisions on service level issues which may impact other departments and services both internal and external to NHS Fife.

You will create, update / re-structure procedures within the limits of the job role.
