Job Advert

This is an exciting opportunity for a dietitian to join a team of experienced, innovative, friendly and supportive renal dietitians within the NHS GGC Adult Acute Dietetic team.

This is a 0.6 WTE Band 6 permanent post providing a dietetic service to renal inpatients, a haemodialysis unit and renal outpatients. Renal experience is desirable but not essential as we can offer training.  Renal inpatient work includes a renal high acuity ward, which has 8 high dependency beds so a knowledge and experience of complex artificial nutritional support would be beneficial.

It is essential that you have a BSc Human Nutrition & Dietetics OR Post-Graduate Diploma in Dietetic Practice OR equivalent Master’s level qualification and registered with HCPC. You should have post-graduate clinical experience of normally 5 years. The post requires PVG Scheme Membership / Disclosure Scotland Check.
