As a Staff Nurse you will have an interest in acute nursing to join our critical care team. The Critical care unit at University Hospital Ayr is a 7 bedded combined unit caring for individuals with a variety of complex needs ranging from level 1 to full level 3 care including respiratory, renal and cardiac support.
Previous experience in critical care nursing would be an advantage, but individuals with interest and potential from other backgrounds will also be considered. A high level of interpersonal and communication skills are essential. You should be able to adapt to an unpredictable, rapidly evolving, technologically advanced work environment and able to cope with change.
You will be a Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
Hours: 37.50 per week (part-time hours may also be considered).
