Title: Clinical Service Manager
Salary: MCJES F (Equivalent to AFC Band 8A)
Hours/Contract: 37.5 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent
Based: Glasgow Hospice

The Clinical Services Manager’s key responsibility is the day-to-day organisation and management of Marie Curie clinical teams across hospice and community services. They will ensure the delivery of high-quality palliative care for our patients and their families in partnership with local health and care providers. This will be achieved through effective teamwork, high visibility, accessibility, clinical leadership and surveillance.
What we are looking for:
- Provide strong clinical leadership and line management to managers and team leaders within the multidisciplinary team (MDT) and in partnership with the local and national quality teams.
- To provide senior leadership to the MDT enabling effective and responsive care delivery that meets individual needs
- To ensure effective team working through good communication across hospice and community services to embed place based working
- To work closely with the quality team locally and nationally ensuring approaches are consistent and synergistic.
