Based at Eglinton House, Ailsa Hospital, we are seeking an individual to provide effective and efficient administrative and clerical support to the Pharmacy & Prescribing Directorate. You will deal with and prepare confidential correspondence, briefings and reports, as well as being responsible for day to day diary management.
You should have experience of working within a fast paced office environment and have excellent minute taking skills, keyboard skills and the ability to work using initiative and on occasion unsupervised.
Evidence or ability to demonstrate as a minimum, proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications to include as a minimum, Word, Excel and Outlook or equivalent is essential.
Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week.
