Crocus Support Worker (p/t)

The Hospice is looking to appoint a part-time Crocus Support Worker. The post-holder will work with children, young people and families referred to the bereavement service, undertaking holistic assessments and working with the client/s to devise appropriate plans for support.

You will provide person-centred, therapeutic and emotional support through a range of creative approaches. You will have extensive experience working with children and young people in both one-to-one and group settings. In addition, you will provide advice, guidance and resources to families and professionals who support children and young people who are bereaved.

The post holder must be available to work flexibly. This may include some evening and weekend hours.
