Experience in an oncology healthcare setting desirable with nursing/caring experience desirable. Ward B5 cares for patients receiving chemotherapy, radiotherapy and associated treatments for cancer. Good interpersonal, writing and numeracy skills essential. Evidence that can work towards an agreed training programme to include cannulation, venepuncture, ECGs and patient observations. To meet the demands of the services the post holder will be expected to cover in-patient, day case and out-patient services if and when required. This could include sites within GG&C, QEUH, Clinic P, Vale of Leven, Paisley and Inverclyde.
