Are you an experienced, values driven leader, holding a breadth of experience in planning and performance management in healthcare?

We are now recruiting to our new Head of Performance and Business Unit.  Reporting to the Deputy Chief Executive, you will act with significant autonomy in leading and overseeing all aspects of operational performance management for NHS Lothian and managing the day-to-day responsibilities of the performance and business administration team.  You will ensure a robust accountability and governance framework is in place aligned with the national ‘active governance’ programme, with well-defined escalation processes in the event or anticipation of underperformance and/or non-delivery.
