​​​​​​​Description: 

​​​​​​​As a key member of the Learning and Education Team, the post holder will lead the effective operation of the LE Support Team through the provision of an enquiry and administration function that covers the full range of activities the Learning and Education Team are commissioned to deliver. Our activity is directed by our areas of responsibility within the NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde Workforce Strategy.

A key focus of this role is to provide a responsive, professional, innovative and customer focussed service for staff and managers in NHSGGC. The LE Support Team collectively provides an important service to our workforce through the provision of enquiry support for organisational learning, enabling staff to access systems and guidance in areas such as personal development planning, statutory and mandatory training, corporate induction and course bookings.

You will have a track record of successfully leading and managing a large volume customer focussed enquiry management system engaging with a range of stakeholders/partners across disciplines and sectors. You should have expertise in information management and learning systems, designing and implementing reports to monitor high quality performance standards of systems and administration processes.
