Duties & responsibilities: | To provide expert clinical case management, using advanced nursing practice skills, to patients of all ages (including children). This will include history taking, examination, treatment, discharge, or onward referral to relevant specialty in secondary care to ensure provision of appropriate advice and treatment. | |
Key requirements: | Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council CADM, CDM or AIC Degree in relevant subject or equivalent experience Knowledge of current Urgent Care issues Knowledge of Primary Care issues | |
