An opportunity has arisen for 1.5 WTE of Clinical Nurse Specialists to join the Adult Screening Team of the Directorate of Public Health, NHS Tayside to participate in a gynaecological audit project.
You will work as a member of the Adult Screening Programme Team being responsible for the audit of individual case records, reporting of findings, participation in multi agency meetings and supporting recommendations for future service delivery.
The post-holder will be currently registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Council with extensive clinical experience in gynaecological nursing with a broad range of clinical skills. You will hold a first degree in a health-related subject, or have equivalent experience and be working or have recently been working as a nurse in a relevant healthcare setting.
You should be able to provide evidence of having an active interest in gynaecological services and improvement methodology. Experience of working in audit and with patient records is essential.
You will be required to travel within Tayside to fulfil the role.

Hours of work: minimum 37.5/ 30 / 22.5 per week, (1.5 wte) - predominantly Monday to Friday – 8.30-4.30pm, however 7 day working may be required
