We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our crisis intervention team.
You will be expected to offer crisis intervention, advice and support, face to face completing crisis assessments in a variety of settings. Ensure service users receive the most appropriate care and treatment and referring to the most appropriate mental health provision or signposting to the relevant services. This post is based in Fraserburgh and successful applicants will be required to work a mixture of days. Current working hours are 9-5, 7 days per week.
This is an opportunity to expand your skills and knowledge in a newly developed service for Aberdeenshire Health and Social Care Partnership and offers an excellent opportunity to be part of an innovative and ground-breaking team – working closely with other agencies including Police Scotland including Custody, Minor Injury Units, Scottish Ambulance Service, CMHT, social work and GP’s in the first instance.
37.5 hours full or part time will be considered
Secondment for 11 months – office hours including some weekends.
