Do you wish to be a part of one of Scotland's leading Orthopaedic teams providing Trauma surgery as part of a Major Trauma Service and extensive Elective Orthopaedic surgery?
The team is seeking to recruit highly motivated and enthusiastic perioperative practitioners for our busy and dynamic theatre department. The postholder will rotate between Elective Orthopaedic surgery which includes knee and hip arthroplasty, shoulder arthroplasty, sports medicine and cancer cases and our Trauma Theatres.
The postholder will provide effective, patient focused perioperative care within our core values and under the guidance of the Clinical Lead. The postholder will be required to participate in on call rosters, which provide 24-hour cover over 7 days per week. The post holder also requires a PVG Scheme membership/record. If the post holder is not a current PVG member for the required regulatory group then an application will need to be made and approved by Disclosure Scotland prior to commencing employment.

This post requires the post holder to have a PVG Scheme membership/ record. If the post holder is not a current PVG member for the required regulatory group (i.e. child and/or adult) then an application will need to be made to Disclosure Scotland and deemed satisfactory before they can begin in post.
