37.5 hours per week – Full Time, Permanent


An opportunity has arisen to join the Mid Ross Integrated Community Team as an Administrative Assistant.   We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to provide comprehensive administrative services to the Integrated Community Team which includes the Ross Memorial Hospital.


We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and flexible in their approach to work.  Previous administrative experience is essential along with excellent organisational, time management and communication skills.  You must also be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel applications and previous experience of SSTS, PECOS and PMS would be of benefit.  You will have the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure but also be an excellent team player and enjoy interacting with the Public.
