An exciting opportunity has arisen for highly motivated and enthusiastic Senior Community Staff Nurses to join community nursing teams across Fife Health and Social Care Partnership Community Services supporting the delivery of high-quality nursing care to the citizens of Fife.
You will have responsibility for the line management and clinical leadership of a community nursing team which provides quality nursing care to a defined caseload of patients attached to a general medical practice.
Excellent time management skills as well as the ability to effectively prioritise workload are essential requirements enabling patients to remain as independent as possible in their own homes.
You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be committed to the development of an effective flexible person-centred nursing team through your ongoing professional development and training as well as that of your team.
Considerable community nursing experience is essential for this post and candidates must have already completed further study or demonstrate a willingness to complete further study towards a senior community nursing qualification.
You will have a full induction and orientation programme as well as ongoing clinical supervision support to assist in your continued professional development.
You will be required to participate in a weekend rota.
