We have an exciting opportunity for a Support Services Manager to join our team at Kirlands - NHS Lanarkshire Headquarters.
Reporting to the Chief Officer, North Health and Social Care Partnership(NH&SCP), the post holder is responsible for managing the provision of the full range of Health and Social Care Partnership Services necessary to support the NH&SCP’s Business Objectives, reflecting the Board's Corporate Objectives.
The post holder will provide a high level of managerial support to the North H&SCP Management Team and Integrated Joint Board ensuring that they function effectively as detailed within the North H&SCP Scheme of Establishment.
To scope, lead, manage and deliver a range of specific projects both North H&SCP and whole-system wide in line with the overall financial framework and maintain and improve standards of healthcare for the people of Lanarkshire.
KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO DO THE JOB
- Educated to degree level
- Relevant Postgraduate Qualification
- Ability, experience and judgement to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent networking skills and proven ability to develop and maintain relationships
- Experience of complex change management processes
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
