Job Advert
The shift pattern for this post is Monday-Friday
We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable QI person to join our Unscheduled Care Team. You will work closely with the Head of Unscheduled Care, our USC Programme Support Manager, Discharge without Delay Lead and the site sector Service Improvement Managers to embed an improvement focus to everything we do.
To do this you should have a love of Project Charters, Measurement Plans, SPC Charts, data and all things QI. This will enable NHSGGC to embed improvement methodology into all worked linked to the demands of unscheduled care. It will be a challenging role and excellent motivational and negotiation skills are essential to encourage and maintain an improvement focus to what we do.
You will be based in Board Headquarters but travel to our acute sites will be a regular part of your week. You will get the opportunity to work alongside our fantastic teams and get the chance to learn from them and peers in other boards plus the National Improvement Advisors with Scottish Government who support us too.
If you have these skills and want to focus more on improvement, or have recently completed ScIL and looking for a new challenge please get in touch.
