An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Outpatient Department for suitably experienced band 2 nursing assistants.
As part of the multi-disciplinary team you will assist our registered nurses and healthcare assistants in providing a high standard of nursing care, supporting the delivery of outpatient services at both Crosshouse and Ayrshire Central Hospital. Ensuring the healthiest life possible for the people of Ayrshire & Arran.
Good communication skills and experience in a NHS healthcare setting are essential.
Previous experience in an outpatient setting is desirable but not essential.
Willingness to undertake further training/education is essential.
There are 4 posts available ( 20 hours and 3 x 24 hour), working a variable shift pattern including short shifts, day shifts, 12 hour shifts, potentially over a 7 day period (this is determined by clinical activity).
