As a member of the Human Resources Systems team the post holder will provide responsive, professional and high quality, customer-focussed Human Resources Systems related services to managers and staff across NHS Lothian particularly in relation to navigating and completing pay related transactions on electronic Employee Support System (eESS). The post holder will electronically assess pay related transactions, and make assessments on accuracy and validity, prior to releasing transactions to payroll.
The post holder will support the eESS Support Team who are the first points of contact within the HR Systems team for certain eESS related enquiries from managers, employees and stakeholders internal and external regarding eESS. They will provide expert system, technical knowledge and learning to the eESS Support Team.
The post holder will provide face to face training on the system to users, on occasions this will be carried out in large theatre rooms with potentially in excess of 100 attendees.
