We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator to join the team at Law House as part of the International Recruitment Service.
The Recruitment Administrator will be responsible for the End to End Recruitment process for Overseas Nurses & any other job families recruited.
They will be responsible for delivering a professional service and positive experience for candidates and managers throughout the on-boarding process, maintaining electronic and manual systems in conjunction with a variety of administrative activities. They will be required to keep in contact with candidates and build relationships to support them through the process of immigration and professional registration in the UK.
Where recruitment agencies are used, the Recruitment Administrator will liaise with them around any International recruitment projects.
In addition, the successful candidate will provide advice to candidates and managers on the UK immigration process and professional registration, support any recruitment events including the use of social media, other platforms for marketing events, job fayres, etc and book training for candidates and arrange any payments required. They will support candidates to acquire UK sponsorship and ensure VISAs are in place for candidates to travel to the UK as well as be responsible for UKVI updates throughout the recruitment and appropriate professional bodies registration process. The successful candidate will be required to make travel arrangements for the overseas recruitment teams and candidates travelling to the UK as well as facilitate accommodation management.
The post holder should be willing to work flexible hours to meet the demands of the service and travel requirements.
