Aberdeen City OOH Evening Band 5 Community Nurse
An opportunity has arisen for Band 5 Community Nurses to join our Out of Hours Evening Community Nursing Unscheduled Care Team within Aberdeen City HSCP.
You will be part of a team who predominately provide person centred, end of life care and symptom control for patients in their own homes, enabling them to remain in their preferred place at the end stage of their disease.
You will also deliver unscheduled clinical nursing interventions to patients referred from GMeds, NHS24, Hospital@Home and other professionals. Therefore current, post registration experience in a clinical environment is essential and Community Nursing experience is preferred. Good communication skills are essential as well as experience in palliative and end of life care.
Car driver and have access to a car to use for work is essential.
