We are currently looking for a full time staff member to join our busy but friendly department. You need to understand and demonstrate NHS Lothian’s values of quality, teamwork, care & compassion, dignity & respect, and openness, honesty & responsibility through the application of appropriate behaviours and attitudes
Responsible for the provision of comprehensive administrative and coordinating functions to ensure the smooth operation and delivery of the recruitment service, for substantive Band 2 & 5 Nurse vacancies in line with policies and processes.
Proficient in the use of staff bank software, outlook / group wise email software and Microsoft Word and Excel with advanced keyboard skills for data entry and knowledge of NHS structures and organisation in particular the range of specialties and locations across NHS Lothian, and/ or other Health Boards would be beneficial.
Excellent organisational and oral and written communication skills, evidence of good customer service and call handling skills.
