We are seeking to appoint to an interim Chief Nurse post within Moray Portfolio, incorporating Health and Social Care Moray and Dr Gray’s Hospital. We are looking for a dedicated individual who has a strong clinical nursing background and management experience. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, self-motivated and approachable who can manage and inspire both local and wider teams. We are looking for an individual who has a positive attitude with a passion for clinical excellence, who demonstrates NHS Grampian’s vision and values, can drive transformational change and innovation for the benefit of quality patient centred care.
The Chief Nurse is crucial to the ongoing success of Moray and will be a part of the senior management team. They will play a pivotal role in enabling NHS Grampian and Moray Integrated Joint Board meet their strategic objectives.
