The Family Nurse Partnership programme (FNP) is a preventative evidence based programme for young first time mothers and has been operation in Lanarkshire since July 2013.

The Scottish Government is committed to expanding the Family Nurse Partnership to all eligible, first time mothers aged 19 and under.  

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Data Administrator to work closely with the Family Nurse Partnership Team within South Lanarkshire based in Kirklands Hospital in Bothwell.

You will provide administrative and data support to the Family Nurse Partnership Team enabling the nurses and the Supervisor to fulfil aspects of their roles. It is essential that you have a qualification in secretarial studies/administration and/or equivalent experience. Your duties will include general office work including; promoting attendance support, letter writing, filing, organising meetings, rostering input, annual leave management, MIDIS, BADGERNET audit input, development and management of databases, planning of staff training and other duties as indicated by the data manger and supervisor. It is essential that you have knowledge of Microsoft Office packages i.e. Word Excel and PowerPoint. You must be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Previous experience within a healthcare setting is desirable.

Hours of duty: 37.5 per week worked over 5 days. ​​​​​​​
