NHS 24 is a patient-focused service providing the people of Scotland with triage, advice, guidance, referral and information on health and healthcare services

Our Regional Centres are located at Hillington, Cardonald, Clydebank, South Queensferry, Dundee and Aberdeen. This post can be based in one of our West Regional Centres (Hillington, Cardonald or Clydebank).


This Role: Culture and People Manager

If you’re passionate about employee experience with an inclusion mindset, then this role is for you! The role of Culture and People Manager is a new post to NHS 24. You will lead the design and implementation of values led strategic culture and engagement solutions, to drive delivery of the Workforce Strategy. You will work across all NHS 24 centres nationally engaging with staff and stakeholders across Scotland.
