Due to retirement an exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, appropriately experienced and qualified nurse to work in Oncology/Haematology/Radiotherapy Outpatient Services Department. The department is situated within Edinburgh Cancer Centre and provides specialist oncology services to Lothian and for the South-East of Scotland. The department provides a high quality, safe and supportive environment in order to care for patients with oncological malignancies by meeting the identified physical and psycho-social needs. The area also provides brachy therapy and radiotherapy for patients in the South East of Scotland and beyond.
The successful applicant will be supporting the Senior Charge Nurse to lead a knowledgeable and dynamic team of nurses in the delivery and high quality of care of patients.
