Where We Are:

Our Regional Centres are located at Hillington, Cardonald, Clydebank, South Queensferry, Dundee and Aberdeen. This post can be based in Hillington, Cardonald or Clydebank, however candidates must be able to attend our centre in Hillington when required.  NHS 24 also supports hybrid working.


This Role: Wellbeing and People Manager

This is a brand new role within NHS 24 in our Employee Relations Team  The Health/Wellbeing and People Manager will play a key role in delivering the organisation’s priorities set out in the NHS 24 Workforce Strategy and Plan.

The post holder will take a lead role in developing and implementing the Health and Wellbeing Strategy and Internal Engagement Strategy and Framework, aligned to The National Improving Workforce Culture and Wellbeing Strategy.

You will work across all NHS 24 centres nationally engaging with staff and stakeholders across Scotland.
