Job Advert

We are seeking to recruit 2 x 37.5 hour posts. The post will encompass a variety of shift patterns within a team comprising of Healthcare Support Workers and Registered Nurses. The post entails providing care for highly dependent adults in their own homes or at a care facility.

The successful candidate must have a caring disposition and demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills, patience, flexibility and reliability. An ability to respect client confidentiality is coupled with the ability to work as an integrated team member. 

Previous experience in a similar role, working in a community setting or with highly dependent patients would be advantageous. SVQ in Health and Social Care at Level 3 is desirable but not essential as all relevant training will be provided.

There is a requirement to travel to various packages, therefore the ability and willingness to travel throughout the area of service delivery is essential for this post.
