LOCUM CONSULTANT IN PAEDIATRIC SURGERY
FOR CHILDREN
Applications are invited for the above post commencing on 4th January 2023 for four months in the first instance. This post is to cover a period of absense and is a full time appointment attracting 10PAs. Applicants are required to hold FRCS (Paeds) of the Intercollegiate Board in Paediatric Surgery or equivalent qualifications and be on, or eligible for inclusion in, the Specialist Register of the General Medical Council as a Paediatric Surgeon. Applicants who either possess a CCT or a Specialist Registrar who is within 6 months of the award of CCT are eligible to apply.
Post holders will be expected to participate fully in the departmental educational programme and support trainees. They are expected to have, or be aiming for, recognition of training in line with GMC requirements for revalidation.
To practice medicine in the
you need to hold both GMC registration and a license to practice.
