As Barista Supervisor you will supervise the NTC-Highland Table Coffee Bar. You will deal with a high volume of throughput whilst still maintaining the quality and service standards required. You will have a proven track record of supervising a small team of barista staff, motivating them and leading by example with a ‘can do attitude'. You will ensure that our customers will receive a prompt efficient service, quality beverages and products and ensure that your team will deliver a friendly and clean atmosphere. You will have a basic understanding of business management including stock and cost control.
Applicants will have the ability to work as part of a team, have good interpersonal skills, and 1st class Customer service skills relevant to this post.
An Elementary Food Hygiene Certificate is essential for this post whilst the post holder will be expected to gain their Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate once they have taken up post if they do not already process this.
You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
