This is an exciting opportunity for a Health Care Assistant to join the COPD Specialist Nurse Service in Dundee. Working within the team you will provide care to patients and support to their carers within a home/community setting.
Dundee COPD Specialist Nurse Service delivery model is currently under review and it is anticipated that this will bring significant opportunities for career pathways in the future. You will be well organised and have excellent communication skills.
Due to Health and Social Care integration, a commitment to multi disciplinary working with the ability to adapt and manage change within the service is essential.
Hours of work are 37.5 Hours per week 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday (This may come under review within the new model)
Ability to travel across Dundee and the surrounding areas is essential.
