An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, dynamic and dedicated Deputy Charge Nurse to join the established Care of the Elderly service within NHS Ayrshire and Arran.
You should have experience working within the healthcare setting and be able to demonstrate excellent intrapersonal skills and communication skills.
You should have a genuine interest for Care of the Elderly with the main focus to provide safe, effective, patient centered care, working within the professional standards held in the NMC The Code.
You will be required to demonstrate a positive attitude, be a driven individual who is flexible, working a mix of long and short shifts depending on the needs of the service.
