Job Pupose

Responsible for the co-ordination of the Lothians and Edinburgh Abstinence Programme (LEAP) administration requirements.

The postholder is also responsible for:

Both Management, Supervision and Appraisal of administrative staff.

Organisation of client accommodation and administrative facilitation of partner agency input

Organising regular meetings with key stakeholders.

Responsibility for the general management of the building, ensuring maintenance issues reported and carried out in a timely fashion therefore providing safe environment for patients and staff.

Coordination of the different funding streams for LEAP and administrative monitoring of budgets.

This post requires the post holder to have a PVG Scheme membership/ record. If the post holder is not a current PVG member for the required regulatory group (i.e. child and/or adult) then an application will need to be made to Disclosure Scotland and deemed satisfactory before they can begin in post.
