​​​​​​​An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Orthopaedic Practitioner to lead on Arthroplasty Improvements as part of the ARISE programme for South Glasgow Orthopaedics.
We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and enthusiastic practitioner.
You will hold a pivotal role in implementing improvements in arthroplasty care.
Have a broad experience and understanding of the operations of the NHS.
Experience of successfully engaging and collaborating with diverse groups of stakeholders in the development and delivery of improvement initiatives involving Senior managers , clinicians, service uses and their carers and multidisciplinary clinical teams
You must demonstrate ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders to secure their engagement in improvement work including the ability to network, influence and motivate teams
The successful candidate will have a sound understanding of the challenges and opportunities associated with implementing patient safety/improvement programmes and experience of having applied this in practice.
Knowledge and experience in research methods and results, with the ability to interpret and present complex data and information.
Ability to produce high quality written reports and papers, IT literate including ability to use MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
We are seeking to recruit an Allied Health Professional or Registered Nurse with appropriate post registration experience in acute Orthopaedics.
