Ward 6A is a 24-bed surgical emergency admissions ward. This is a busy ward which receives admissions for a wide range of specialties including General Surgery, Vascular and Urology.
We are looking for a self motivated and organised individual with excellent communication skills to join our team and provide administrative support to the nursing team releasing them to be able to care for patients. This is a new role with the oppertunity for role development and expansion. Previous experience of using PECOS, eroster, SSTS, PMS and excel would be benificial but not crucial.
Working hours/patterns can be discussed further at time of interview.
You will need to be able to adapt to the diversity of the role and it is essential that you are enthusiatic and willing to learn. We offer training for those with limited experience and we have a supportive teamwork ethos.
