An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Senior Nurse with excellent leadership skills to apply for the position of Integrated Mental Health Manager for older adult mental health services. There are 2 posts available, 1 in Falkirk Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) and the other in Stirling and Clackmannan HSCP.  We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced nurse who will embrace this dynamic and challenging role.

This post is pivotal in providing operational, professional and clinical leadership to the teams across the mental health services for older adults, ensuring that the highest standards of practice are maintained and that safe effective person centred care is delivered.

The post holder will work closely with the Service/Locality Manager within the HSCP in addition to the working in partnership with all key partners and organisations across communities, the HSCP Local Authority and NHS Forth Valley  in order to lead, develop and modernise integrated older adult mental health services.

As a member of the management team, the applicant will provide clinical expertise and management support to the HSCP in the day to day operation of services. As well as this they will promote, develop and manage designated services to facilitate the delivery of appropriate care to the population to local and national standards.

The role requires a leader who will deliver and monitor high quality standards of care with a proactive approach to integrated working and the delivery of local and national standards including assurance systems. The applicant will require being educated to degree level or equivalent with substantial post registration experience in a clinical/managerial setting.
