The Role

You must be a full registered medical practitioner with the GMC with a license to practice.  A minimum of four years full time or equivalent experience post-qualification with two years full time or equivalent in training in Psychiatry is required.  MRC Psych (or equivalent) is not essential but desirable.

A fixed-term Specialty Doctor post in General Adult Psychiatry is available within the South Community Mental Health Team in the Scottish Borders.  The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering care and treatment for patients and promoting a multi-disciplinary/multi-agency approach for the General Psychiatry service for the South Sector of the Borders, delivering care and promoting a multi-disciplinary/multi-agency approach.
