This post is within a consultant led multidisciplinary team providing expert assessment and rehabilitation for adults aged 16-64yrs with neurological disability.
The service has 12 inpatient beds dedicated to active rehabilitation
The inpatient rehabilitation programme has been internationally accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) since 2003 and seeks to provide a high standard of care and rehabilitation to people with a variety of neurological conditions with a particular emphasis on acquired brain injury (including Stroke and Traumatic Brain Injury) and Multiple Sclerosis
As part of an Interdisciplinary team the post holder will contribute to the delivery of high quality programmes of care and the setting of standards to meet the needs of individual patients.
