Banchory Group Practice
Salaried GP(s) - up to 10 sessions
We are looking for an enthusiastic, innovative and highly motivated GP (or GPs) to join our friendly, supportive and forward thinking practice.
Banchory Group Practice is a 17c practice providing patient-centred primary care to over 13,000 patients in the beautiful town of Banchory.
We work as a modern, multidisciplinary team with 15 GPs (7 Partners & 8 Salaried GPs), experienced Practice and District Nurses, Physician Associate, Urgent Care Practitioner, in-house First Contact Physiotherapists, pharmacotherapy and experienced admin team. We also provide medical cover to our local Community Hospital.
We are a well-established training practice, at both undergraduate and postgraduate level, and offer a supportive educational environment and ongoing mentorship for all our staff. We also have strong links to the local GP community and to the wider Primary Care leadership team within NHS Grampian.
As a practice we pride ourselves on our excellent staff retention and high quality patient care.
We offer the BMA model contract with excellent rates of pay (£10,500 per session) plus medical indemnity cover. Successful applicants may also be eligible for a Golden Hello payment of £5,000.
Banchory is situated in the heart of Royal Deeside within easy commutable reach of Aberdeen with excellent local schools.
