The post holder is required to work collaboratively in a safe caring and respectful way. You will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Quit Your Way Team. You will be educated to SVQ Level 3 in Business Administration/IT or have equivalent secretarial experience. You will have excellent administrative and computer skills including working knowledge and high level of competence of Microsoft Office Packages (i.e. Outlook/ Word/ Access. Excel and Powerpoint), a European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL) qualification or equivalent recognised IT qualification is desirable. You will be required to provide brief advice to telephone helpline clients (training will be provided). Excellent time management and communication skills both written and verbal are essential as well as a high degree of interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with confidential/sensitive issues in an appropriate manner. You will be able to work unsupervised whilst using your own initiative as well as being able to work effectively and efficiently as part of a team. You must be able to work to challenging timescales by organising and prioritising your workload and have the flexibility to change with last minute demands.

Hours of work - 37.50 hours per week Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm
