As a senior member of the cancer nursing team the post holder will contribute to the strategic development and operational delivery of cancer nursing. Lead on delegated focused pieces of work that support the delivery of NHSL Clinical Strategy “Achieving Excellence” and the progression of cancer nursing in NHS Lanarkshire.
Act as a role model and expert resource for multi-professional and multi-agency teams/ groups.
Participate in and facilitate clinical supervision and reflective practice of self and others.
Engage with and actively participate in the Managed Clinical Networks for Upper Gastrointestinal Cancers.
You will be a Registered Nurse with valid NMC Registration, educated to/working towards/operating at Masters Level and postgraduate expertise within speciality/area of practice that demonstrates the required breadth of knowledge required to lead safely, effectively and efficiently.
