We are looking for an experienced Mental Health Nurse to join our team, at a Consultant Level. You should have a proven track record of expert practice, particularly in Adult Mental Health Services. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience in a Clinical Leadership role: helping translate research and evidence into improved practice and better patient care. The post holder will provide expert professional nursing leadership, strategic direction and expert consultancy on all aspects of clinical nursing practice within Adult Mental Health. This will involve working across professional and organisational boundaries, in partnership and in collaboration with others including service users, carers, social workers, medical staff, allied health professionals, voluntary sector staff, and local education providers.

1. Professional Leadership & Consultancy
2. Expert Practice
3. Strategic Planning/Policy Development
4. Education and Training
5. Research and Development
