An opportunity has arisen for a Switchboard Services Manager to work as a key member of the facilities management team based at Ninewells Hospital.  Within the telecommunications function, the post holder will lead on ensuring an efficient and effective hospital switchboard service is provided to internal and external service users to support the delivery of patient care.


You should have extensive relevant management experience within the NHS or a large complex organisation.  Experience of a call centre or switchboard environment would be advantageous. 


You will provide leadership and support to the switchboard team in line with NHS Scotland’s values:

The post holder will be required to participate in an on-call rota, with appropriate pay enhancements.


The post will be based at Switchboard Services, Level 8 Ninewells Hospital.
