An exciting opportunity has arisen for experienced and motivated Facilities Supervisors to join the Facilities Team within the new National Treatment Centre who are keen to develop their knowledge and skills within a busy Facilities setting.
You will be responsible for the day to day operational issues within Facilities services with a previous track record of supervision of staff covering Catering, Portering, Security & Domestic Services. There may be occasions where you could be asked to work in the Raigmore Hospital site.
The post holders will report to the Facilities Support Manager for the National Treatment Centre and will have day to day responsibility for the safe and effective supervision of the NTC facilities staff ensuring that all standards, procedures & process are followed.
The post holders will lead, supervise, train and organise all facilities staff so as to deliver an efficient and cost effective service for patients.
You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
You will need to be flexible, committed and have a positive attitude to your work.
A driving licence is essential for this post so that you are able to drive our pool car between the Raigmore & NTC sites.
